Carl Taylor Jr. "Taylor Gang"

When the starting lineups for the fourth grade  teams are called next weeked at the Diamond Spring Youth All-American Game in Virginia Beach, VA you likely will hear quite a few future High School All-Americans. A name certainly to remember is New Hampshire student-athlete Carl "CJ" Taylor Jr.

Taylor is a 4'10, 75lb athlete if ever the word existed . He plays practically every position for his youth team, from quarterback to tailback. He'll also slide over to defensive back as well for his talented 10U Team.

"He is a quiet and humble kid and will play whenever the Coach needs Him. He is excited to get an opportunity next week.He is kind of lacking in confidence right now because of what happened in Myrtle Beach. But he is very intelligent and has a High football IQ. He is ready coach, CJ's father Carl Sr noted.

CJ won't be the only Taylor adoloscent in attendance next week. His older brothers also are participating in the Diamond Spring Youth All-American games, including a brother in the eighth game that has used Diamond Sports Group events to springboard his national recognition. Older brother Dantre, a rising freshman, is the most well-known out of the bunch.

"Dantre, has been playing in every event since the 1st Diamond Game. He has went from an unknown Local Talent up in New Hampshire,to being considered the Top Middle School Athlete in our State. He will also be playing in Miami in The N.P.F.A All-American Game as he is considered one of the top incoming Freshman in the nation.  He has also received a full Scholarship to a Prestigious Prep School. All pf this due to His Diamond Experience," Carl Sr said.

"They are definitely more family oriented. They truly care and try to meet and connect with as many families as Possible. They care about the student as well, not just the athlete. There events are more than just a game. It's networking and educational.Several guest speakers have came to enlighten both the youth and parents. The pep rallies are team bonding events alone.Diamond actually goes to states and cities where other scouts won't go to search for talent," he added.-Jamaar Hawkins
